熱處理在工模具鋼后續加工中至關重要，而真空熱處理可以更好的保護模具或材料避免脫碳，保證材料的淬透性，鋼納科技擁有多臺真空淬火爐，回火爐，可以優化工模具鋼的性能，更大的滿足用戶需求。

Heat treatment is crucial in the subsequent processing of industrial mould steel, and vacuum heat treatment can better protect the mould or material to avoid decarburisation and ensure the hardenability of the material. Steelner Technology has many vacuum quenching and tempering furnaces, which can optimize the performance of chemical mould steel and better meet the needs of users.

The R&D Centre is equipped with advanced experimental equipment at home and abroad, including Lab Spark spark spectrometer, ONH gas analyser, ICP-AES spectrometer, optical microscope, ultrasonic flaw detector, impact tester, Rockwell hardness tester, electron scanning microscope, small vacuum high temperature furnace test furnace, etc.
